I like the build quality and colors. These are great for both strength training and stretching. I find in straddles and splits I can get a lot more progress using these than in just socks. Definitely a valuable addition to a home gym. I really like how these help train using your muscles near the ends of your ranges of motion. These create challenge that’s difficult to get otherwise. The inclusion of an instruction sheet was helpful for orienting with how these might be useful.
