I had to take pictures of the wheels + the box they came in to submit to customer service for them to file a claim with the shipper (UPS, I think). After that, I was given a full refund to repurchase them. All in all, 4 of the 6 wheels were perfect - the 2 that weren't were due to the shipper, not the seller.
