These move so much better than twin wheels and are so much quieter and softer. Great upgrade. **Q: Will these fit the secretLab Titan chair?** A: Yea **Q: okay for exterior use ? (on a swimming pool reel)** A: I installed on rolling chair for garage and they work great on concrete with my 210 pounds. I also have a mechanical pool cover and I don’t see why they would not work if your cover is set up for that kind of coaster. These just pop in an exciting mount made for them (most stools or rolling chairs have these), you will need to see how they will install on your pool cover.
