Review: This thing rocks! Made my life EASIER. - What a simple but effective tool. I used it to clean all the bolts off from a Harley rebuild. Worked wonders. So much easier than manually cleaning threads, and it does a much better job. A+
Review: Very handy, if a bit pricey - I love this thing. Much faster and easier than using a wire brush, wire wheel (although it essentially is a wire wheel in a case) or most other methods for cleaning threads. It’s a bit expensive in terms of what it consists of - again, basically a wire wheel in a case. But in terms of value (time saved, etc.) I think it’s well worth the price. Also, I bought the SAE version, thinking that I’d try it out and buy the metric version if I liked it. I’ve found it works fine for both metric and SAE bolts, however.

I love this thing. Much faster and easier than using a wire brush, wire wheel (although it essentially is a wire wheel in a case) or most other methods for cleaning threads. It’s a bit expensive in terms of what it consists of - again, basically a wire wheel in a case. But in terms of value (time saved, etc.) I think it’s well worth the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job

This tool does what it is supposed to do. It did a good job cleaning up the threads of all the bolts I ran through it. I bought it primarily for 3/8-16 bolts and thought there would be a 3/8-16 threaded hole, but the opening in the plastic is smooth and the circular wire brush in the middle is what grabs the threads and pulls the bolt through. As long as the holes are similar, one tool should work for Metric bolts/screws as well.
