This cup size is not supported in Cricut Design Space. What do I do now?

Dear, The 11 oz sublimation ceramic mug's diameter is 3.2 inch/8.2 cm, which can be printed by the cricut mug press. Please show us some pictures through the amazon message box, then we can help check and solve it. Thank you.

What temperature and how long do you heat? I did 356 & 360 for 120&140 seconds, still not taking all the ink.

356 degrees for 360 seconds worked perfect. I tried several different combinations.
