Is this a cream or a powder???

it is a cream, which is a buttery, lightweight, full-coverage color corrector that conceals pigmentation and brightens the appearance of the under-eye area.

Is this a full size or travel size?

I don't know because I've never bought this before so I don't know the size difference. But I can tell you it is really small. The closed compact is about the size if an Oreo Thin. I would assume it is travel size, because I can't imagine this being any smaller. I hope this helps.

Is the medium closer to tan but not to dark ?

More peach/tan color. Not dark at all.

Is this full-sized or mini?

This is the full size for this brand.
