Has anyone used this to make kefir please?>

Hi there. PLENTISH is unsweetened. A delicious alternative SOYA etc.. Lovely drink Ice cold straight from the fridge. As I'm Lactose Intolerant I'm glad I found it..

Hi, is this gluten free?

I'm not sure if its gluten free. I'm gluten intolerant and I drink a carton of it a day and I'm fine with it.
