The one I got the perforated lines were uneven, and there were foggy white marks all over it. Defect or normal???

I don't know. But mine is Okay even uneven because I just use them as a floor mat in my new car. They gonna be dirty anyway. So to me no big deal. It protect my new car mat. They stick good. When I clean my car. I just peel them off and replace with new one. ( It works with it's purpose ).

Desenrolla dos cuadros que y vienen pre cortados. Usa la guía para cortar y dividir con las manos Puedes pégatelo en tu ropa y después aplicarlo a la alfombra o puedes pegarlo en el asiento y después moverlo a la alfombra.

I'm looking for some type of sticky plastic that I can put it on my hood of my car and on the fenders why I'm working to stop it from getting scr

This would be a pretty good product for that, however...this would be a two person job. If you know how tricky it is to work with scotch tape, multiply that by 20. The product will stick to itself and be difficult to unstuck. Also you will need a cutting tool nearby to precisely cut it how you want. It is pretty difficult to work with for one person.

Will the adhesive damage leather seats, especially on removal?

This is not meant to put on the seats. It is meant for the carpet until the vehicle sells if you put this in a hot car, it will really really stick to anything that you put it on to the point of having to reheat it with a hairdryer to remove it and then it lives of sticky residue if the situation occurs. Short answer it is not meant for seats.
