This specialized rehabilitation device was designed by physical-therapy experts to help patients safely perform essential exercises such as heel slides and hip abduction—movements often prescribed during post-operative recovery or knee injury rehab. With smooth gliding and minimal joint load, it’s one of the safest ways for non-surgical and surgical users alike to rebuild function. As you progress from early recovery through full mobility, the Knee Sled supports your journey: Restore knee extension and flexion — regain bending and straightening range of motion. Improve hip and hamstring tolerance — Because the knee doesn’t exist in isolation. Strengthen without heavy joint stress — Especially beneficial after ACL, MCL injuries or knee-replacement surgery. Use at home at your convenience — replace time-consuming clinic visits with consistent everyday sessions. Built for all ages and rehab stages — from younger athletes to older adults who want to keep mobile. With its compact size, intuitive setup and proven rehab design, the Knee Sled is your go-to for safe, effective knee therapy. Make a smart investment in your movement today. Note: Always consult your physical-therapist or physician before starting any rehabilitation device or program. ## Features - ONE SIZE FITS ALL – UNIVERSAL DESIGN: The KneeSled fits all adults with a single, universal size. Looks like it takes fair tension amount of arm/shoulder strength** A: No tension adjustments I can see or aware of. This is simply to slide your foot closer to your butt. You move it with your knee first and then use the pulls to bring your foot back as far to your butt as you can. It is stretching the knee. **Q: Will the knee sled work with a shoe size of 13?** A: I just had Knee surgery myself! I use it everyday and I have a shoe size of 13! It fits just right! thanks For asking! **Q: How many caribiners come with this?** A: It comes with 2 carabiners. I hope this helped. ## Frequently Bought Together - KneeSled™ Best choice after knee replacement surgery increases range of motion, stretches knees, improving mobility and flexibility leg exercise great for working out knee pain - LightEase Memory Foam Leg Support and Elevation Pillow w/Dual Handles for Surgery, Injury, or Rest - Asunby Knee Cast Cover for Shower Waterproof Bandage Cast covers Protector for Knee Replacement Surgery, Wound, Burns Watertight Protection Reusable --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/446657276-kneesled-best-choice-after-knee-replacement-surgery-increases-range-motion](https://www.desertcart.no/products/446657276-kneesled-best-choice-after-knee-replacement-surgery-increases-range-motion) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
