Hope I can help. I have a 36.5" waist, wear a size 12 (or 14) and just purchased an XL. They are VERY comfortable! The waistband only rolls slightly when I'm sitting, but not when standing or walking around. That being said, I don't feel they're very "compressing," so I'm going to order the L next. I'll still keep the XL, as they'd make great lounging pants. **Q: Do these pants give good support in the knee area?** A: I now have 3 pairs of these, and they are my favorite ones! Yes, they have support everywhere! I am 5’4, 125 lbs; and usually wear a size 6-8, or 28-29 in pants, and jeans. I ordered 2 pairs in a L, and 1 in a M. I prefer the L. Wish they had more in solid colors, with pockets.... **Q: I weigh 165 and have terribly swollen legs. I usually wear size 12 what size should I order. I need them for compression.** A: I am 5ft 8, weigh 195 and usually wear a 16. I have a custom stocking for my edema. I bought xxl. They are not as hard to put on as a stocking and that us why I love them...they actually work for compression. They are not just tight leggings. I wore them flying twice and did great with little swelling. I found them comfortable and they didn't get loose as the day went on. They held their shape. It's why I bought additional pairs. I have worn them out and even slept in them. Love them. Edema is hard to manage at times. These are the best thing I have found for it ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are great, really comfortable to wear *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 May 2016* These are great, really comfortable to wear, enough elastic in the waistband so they don't constantly fall down and they keep their shape all day. I would be slightly wary of the sizes as other users have posted in their own reviews - I'm usually an 8-10 and ordered a medium and they fit fine. Fast delivery and good price to boot! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are brilliant! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 11 August 2016* Reviews made me panic about size. I am a size 12/14 with a size smaller waist. I got the xl size but I could have got the next size down as these are a little big around waist. Perfect for the gym and all sorts of classes and best of all no bend over see through problems! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant value and delivers on quality. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 October 2016* Personally, I love tight fitting gym-leggings, for two reasons:1) It makes the wobbly bits at the top of my thighs look smooth and lean (result).2) They're super flexible and don't catch on equipment during weights sessions, unlike loose leggings/trousers.I usually buy pricey Nike leggings which are similar in style, but Β£40+ each, so to find an almost-equivalent for less than half the price is seriously exciting for a bargain hunter as I am! I've worn these at least once a week, washed every time and they look as new after 3 months of intensive 2 hour sessions, which is seriously impressive. My only gripe is the sizing chart supplied which really isn't accurate enough, which means I had to purchase the L and XL sizes just in case. Then I find out they don't offer free returns, which was a painful argument to resolve. If they offered free no hassle returns this would easily be 5 stars. ## Frequently Bought Together - Compression Leggings for Women, Tummy Control Workout Gym Running Yoga Pants - CompressionZ High Waisted Capri Leggings for Women Tummy Control - Workout Yoga Pants - Curvphilo Women's Compression Leggings Butt Lifting Seamless High Waist Tummy Control Stretchy with Pockets --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/446043267-compressionz-womens-yoga-pants](https://www.desertcart.no/products/446043267-compressionz-womens-yoga-pants) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
