Positive Anecdote
This sweetener is good for diabetics. My mum tells me that her sugar levels remain stable, no spikes.

Very good taste replacement requires larger quantity
I’ll give it a 5 for taste. In my coffee it is the closest sweetener to sugar I have ever used. Better than stevia and Splenda. It is no where near a 1 to 1 sugar match. To get the same sweetness as 2 or 3 teaspoons of sugar it takes me 3 to 4 tablespoons. Yes tablespoons to math teaspoons.

Can't taste whether it's sugar or Alluslose.u
You can't discern whether it's sugar or Allulose. Good for baking additive

You need a lot of dust to get the flavor level...
I bought this to compare with the drops sucralose mix version. This is a very dusty version of the sweetener, I thought it would be more of a sugar crystal structure. The issue is you have to add more to reach the same flavor as regular brown sugar. I'm not sure if a crystal structure would help, but would like to try. I would much prefer the drops; it seems the sucralose mix helps the bottle go a long way. It's a better value.

Healthy alternative to sugar
Product has zero calories and doesn't cause gas or bloating for me. Also has a few other health benefits worth considering.
