Buy WALNEW Protective Case for 6" Kindle Paperwhite 2012-2017, Auto Sleep/Wake | PU Leather Cover Fits Kindle Paperwhite Model No. EY21 & DP75SDI (5th/6th/7th Gen 2012-2017), Not Fits 10th & 11th Gen: Read Electronics Reviews - desertcart.com

Review: I like it - I like the design and it fits perfectly. It does turn on when the case is opened and off when closed. Time will tell if that feature will continue to perform as expected. It doesn’t add much to the overall weight so it’s still lightweight. The on/off button is accessible as is the charging port. I have had the older reader for some time and didn’t bother to get the case until I decided to get my 6 year old granddaughter her own reader. When buying any accessories for electronics you definitely need to watch the measurements since things may look alike but they can be off just enough to ruin your day. It may say 6 inches but that’s just the screen size. The casings may have changed so go by year and model to get the right fit. Case in point: we have a Samsung 32” TV and I decided to get a 32” Fire TV for my room. I don’t know how desertcart’s measurements work but it wasn’t even close to the same size, being smaller than the Samsung. All in all it’s a nice, functional case.
Review: Great fit and love the color - Love my new paperwhite case. Took me a while to find one to fit until I realized I needed to look up which “generation” I owned. Once I did that it was a piece of cake. Fits perfect and I like the turquoise color.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fit and love the color

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very happy with my choice
*by F***E on July 27, 2016*

After comparing the reviews on this case to more expensive leather cases, I decided to go with this one. Very happy with my choice. It is lightweight and provides the necessary protection for my Kindle paperwhite at a great price. My major concern on purchasing this case was that it is made of PU leather, so I wasn't sure if I would like the quality and texture. Hoping it wouldn't feel like cheap plastic. It does not have the heavy sturdy texture of leather, but more of a soft oily texture similar to that of hands immediately after rubbing in hand lotion. Sounds odd, but it's nice yet not slippery. The inside of the cover feels like a piece of thin suede. The cover wraps around the Kindle nicely, so it is very comfortable to read in an open book fashion or wrapped. Some reviewers made the comment that the Black Flower design arrived as dark blue, however my case is definitely black and white. The design is elegant. I haven't noticed any cracking or fading. I believe I will get my money's worth from this case, and so glad I saved the money.
