Review: Great office computers - I just upgraded my office computers with these and I wish I did it sooner. These units are very compact but they work so well. Easy setup, no hiccups whatsoever. There are some visible signs of use but they were in very good condition. I’m planning on buying more.

**Q: Can i add a discrete graphics card?**
A: No, it is a micro computer and will not fit a graphics card.

**Q: Authorized full capability win 11 ?**
A: Yes!

**Q: Can I buy it without keyboard an mouse?**
A: keyboard and mouse come complimentary so unfortunately removing them does not affect the price.

**Q: Does the computer come with an Internal WiFi + Bluetooth adapter as shown on the pictures an external antenna connection?**
A: I ordered 10 of these and the one I opened and prepared for deployment had the external connection too but the internal WiFi / Bluetooth card was missing. So the answer is no. It has the antenna connection but no antenna and no card. 

They provided aftermarket USB external ones. Very basic, but they seem to work ok as long as your in decent range of the AP.

### ⭐ Fantastic paper weights!

I work in IT and order about 8-10 of these mini desktops a month, usually from a different seller. I've not had any problems with them until now. I did not like the image that was installed, so I tried to fresh install windows 11. Getting to that point was annoyingly difficult, as these devices are set up to ignore bootable media by default. The BIOS is old, clunky, and loud, making obnoxious beeps and boops. Took a while to find that setting (probably buried on purpose). Seeing as how it was running on windows 11, I figured there wouldn't be any issues, but I was wrong. I get an error that the device isn't capable of running the OS it's currently on... that doesn't make sense. I tried installing Windows 10 instead, it would say disk needs to be MBR not GPT, so I'd convert, and it would say it needed to be the other format. The only way I was able to get a fresh version of Windows on this thing was by replacing the SSD entirely. 0/10, would not recommend unless you have a spare SSD lying around. These refurbs seem to be specifically designed so that you HAVE to rely on their ineffectual tech support staff. No thanks. Will avoid this seller like the plague from hereon.
