I really love the belt and I can see the improvement on my dips. I haven't put anything more then 45lb to train because I can't lift heavier than that but it I think it can handle 90lb easily. It's very durable and good quality for the price

Works good and give support for back

It works well I think it’s sturdy, I like to loop the chain through both sides then through the weight to the other side, also I got to 90lbs added 😎, one thing is that when i was at very bottom of my pull-ups the weight touched the floor, could be a positive idk, and I think it has to do with me doing pull-ups on a doorway pull up bar instead of the chain being to long

I’m extremely happy with this dip belt. The neoprene padding is thick and comfortable, so it doesn’t dig into my waist even during heavy weighted pull-ups and dips. The chain is sturdy, easy to adjust, and securely holds weight plates without any issues.

How can I give this more than 5 stars. This freaking thing is awesome. The soft neoprene interior the fits well on my hips, and it has a strong durable exterior. The chains and carabiners are good quality and for the price, holy cow. So far I've plate loaded it 60 lbs, with no concerns at all. I picked the black, and have used it for dips and pull ups every day since I purchased it. It feats neatly into my gym backpack. That's all I have to say. Don't be afraid of this purchase!!!! It's 50% less than DICKS.

I been using it for a year with 40kg and it still show no sign of wear

Einwandfreier Gürtel um Dips oder Klimmzüge mit Extragewicht zu trainieren. Sitz gut und drückt auch bei 30kg Zusatz nicht unangenehm.
