My physiotherapist suggested!Direction on how to use it:Clean the table very well, clean your hands very well, before to use it each time.Take out from container, make a ball and start to quiz and make a new ball.Then start on the table to make a long roll long enough to place twice your fingers. (8)Then push the fingers down in first part on the left and then push down your fingers on the right part.
