I'm 5'1" and as it is, the footrest is too low and doesn't offer the support I need. I have used a small rolled up towel in between the sections and that helps, but an additional piece would have been great. **Q: Will this help my feet from swelling?** A: It will help some. Very comfortable and elevates the feet **Q: Do the 2 pieces come completely apart if needed? And do the 2 pieces zipper together or velcro together?** A: The 2 pieces zip together- front and back. The velcro is on the corners, and they keep it nicely together, but easy to pull apart. I LOVE foot rest so much. **Q: How high is the bottom section?** A: 2 inches ## Frequently Bought Together - ComfiLife Foot Rest for Under Desk at Work – Adjustable Height Memory Foam Foot Stool for Under Desk, Office Chair & Gaming Chair – Ergonomic Footrest for Back & Hip Pain Relief (Navy) - ComfiLife Anti Fatigue Floor Mat – 3/4 Inch Thick Kitchen Mats for Floor, Standing Desk Mat, Kitchen Rug – Comfort at Home, Office – Durable – Stain Resistant – Non-Slip Bottom (20" x 32", Black) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/435010619-comfilife-foot-rest-for-under-desk-at-work-adjustable-memory](https://www.desertcart.no/products/435010619-comfilife-foot-rest-for-under-desk-at-work-adjustable-memory) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
