Choose the right size stud, and put a guide hole in the fore end, then screw it in. Remove the clamp from the fixing bolt, unscrew the small bolt and then fix it to the stud you have screwed into the for-end. Screw the clamp on anticlockwise. - Fix the bipod onto the Picatinny rail and it is ready to use.
