Can it be taken on planes?

Maybe in an overhead compartment. It is too large for under the seat. It is a VERY large bag. About the size of a suitcase but it is a soft padded material.

Can this safely fit the Aurora R10 Ryzen edition?

19.89*8.6*18.3 Over width and height won't fit

Van a Lian li 11od mini fit in?

I'm afraid not. The Pc case is too wide.
