Review: Easy to install, perfect fit, works flawlessly. - I bought this to be able to use all four USB3 ports on the Inateck PCIe to USB3 card I got for my HP EliteDesk 800 G2 small form factor PC. The Inateck card has two USB3 ports on the bulkhead side but can support two more ports with an adapter like this one. As I said in the title, it was easy to install, fits perfectly, and works flawlessly. It needs an open bulkhead slot but it doesn't take up a PCIe slot, no electronics, just simple electrical wiring connections.

I got this because I finally decided that I was not going to let the motherboard USB header just sit there, while I was busy fiddling with exchanging cables to external USB devices. I installed this, attached a USB hub to both outputs, and suddenly I had 8 more USB ports. Of course, I have to be careful to use mostly low power devices on them, or I can expect them to teach me the error of my ways.
