Will the transmitter drain my battery? I have had leds on my bike and they seem to pull power even when not on.

Any modern vehicle that sits more than 72 hours will lose power. This kit shows no power usage when off on my vette.

Does each strip have its own independent plug and connection or are some of them permenantly wired to each other?

Thank you for shopping with OPT7 Lighting. Each light bar that comes with Aura Pro Underglow LED Lighting Kit will have its own plug to connect with the Aura Pro control box. You may refer to the installation guide for more information. - https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/B1vkEQp6bxL.pdf If you have additional questions, please kindly reach out to our friendly OPT7 Customer Experience Team with the link below. Is the measurement on the aluminum lights from hole to hole or the length of the lights or the length of the aluminum?

The tabs on the ends are about 1” and I believe that the overall measurement is from light to light.
