A: No, I think these are a thick silicone. Not like the fidget toys.

**Q: I'm confused it says material type PVC, but then also says PVC free, what is this made of?**
A: It is PVC but is PBA free

**Q: Do these cause gagging a lot ?**
A: I havent noticed any gagging from my baby, she gums/chews on them without gagging or choking.
