Why does it start with 2, not 1?

Thank you for your question! It sounds like you might be referring to the extra dose buttons on the Pill Popper. Many medications only require one dose a day, so we decided to make the day of the week indicate the first dose taken. If a user of the product needs to track a 2nd or 3rd dose then they can use those extra buttons. For example, if you take an AM and PM dose each day, then you will pop the Sunday button first (if it's Sunday) for the AM dose and then pop the "Dose 2" button in the evening for the PM dose. The next morning on Monday you will pop the "Dose 2" button back up to reset it. Leave the Sunday button popped down, but then pop the Monday button down when you take your AM dose for Monday and then the "Dose 2" button gets popped down again when you take the PM dose on Monday. Hope this helps add some clarity for the product design choice we made.

What if you have a mix of prescriptions with different daily frequencies? How does this help track them individually?

Great questions! The Pill Popper Go box has 3 different compartments each with their own dose tracker for the day that can track up to 3 doses. So you can track up to 3 medications. The other option is to look at our Pill Popper 3 Pack or 6 Pack and put a track tag on each medication. Hope this helps!

Will this fit around the top of my larger multivitamin bottle?

Great question! It really depends on the size of your bottle. The ring on the Pill Popper can expand up to a 2.5" diameter pretty easily. If it is larger than that another tip you can use is running a rubber band looped through the ring and fit much larger diameters.

Can you make one for five times a day?

Great suggestion! It's certainly something we can look into for future designs. In the meantime, there are two possible solutions:
1) The back side of the Pill Popper has numbers 1-9 so you can keep track of up to 9 doses, but it needs to be reset daily. 
2) You can place another tag on the bottle and track up to 6 daily doses between the two tags, but this can get a little tricky.
