## Questions & Answers

**Q: I Getting a buzzing noise Is that normal?**
A: Pi seem to get a buzzing sound occasionally when it is very close to my cell phone. Maybe some kind of interference but as long as cell is a foot away from unit, it works fine

**Q: CAN I USE A DOUBLE EAR BUD**
A: Of course you can. It will not be in stereo, just mono. Search Amazon for 3.5mm Mono to Stereo Adapter.

**Q: Is there a sound amplifier with equalizer and bluetooth ear bud?**
A: Reizen currently does not sell personal hearing amplifier with Bluetooth earbuds and equalizer feature. Should you have any questions about any Reizen products, please don't hesitate to reach out to their customer support at 1-800-522-6294. Their support team will be happy to assist you.

**Q: just how durable is this device as I can't afford a second one senior 85 yr.old**
A: It is small & light enough to withstand most drops. Don't leave on clothes headed for the wash or drop in bath or toilet. It amplifies ALL sounds, not just what you want to hear. Quite durable with common sense. Earphone would be most likely to fail and they are cheap.
