whats the different between this one and the others that sells for $60?

there are 4 different Koshi bells. This was my first one. The tones are different on all four. I love my Koshi Terra Wind Chime. I did but another one for $60. It is the Ignis Wind Chime. The tones are beautiful but different on all of them.

Can the Koshi chime stay out in rain?

Yes, Koshi can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Is this one smaller than the other ones that sell for $60?

I believe they are all the same size. I have all four modalities and they are all the same size.

Hi this Koshi bell sounds is wind?

You could hang it outside but it would be best in a protected spot, say, under a porch. I hang mine inside the house and enjoy them tremendously.
