How much should I use, and how long should I soak?

Pour at least 2 cups under warm, running bath water and soak for 20 minutes.

What else can I use it for?

Use it beyond the bath: revive achy feet in a warm foot soak, help remove a splinter, or enjoy aromatherapy in your shower. See the ideas above for more ways to use it.

What’s in it? Is it clean?

We believe in transparency and simplicity. Our soaks pair Pure Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) with natural essential oils for a relaxing self-care ritual. They’re paraben-free, phthalate-free, cruelty-free, and vegan.

Yes. Wipe salt from the closure before pressing it shut for the best seal.
