How big are figures? Lego sized?

Playmobil figures are larger than Lego figures, and so all of the sets and accessories are sized according to that. Larger scale than the Lego.

I received his item with a damaged piece. One of the containment unit hoses arrived broken. How can I get a replacement hose for this damaged item?

Playmobil has a toll free number you can call, I'm not sure, offhand what it is, but they'll send you a replacement.

Who do I contact if one of the pieces are broken upon delivery? Was putting it together last night and noticed one of piece#30 05 3122 was broken.

Contact playmobil, they will replace the broken part.

Does the firehouse come with the girl or boy ghostbusters?

This product is based on the classic 1980s Ghostbusters movie and, therefore, features characters from that movie.
