To the point I canceled my subscription. It’s ridiculous. Tahe the Expiration date and subtract shelf life. Should be very close to the roast date. **Q: I've tried this Toasted Southern Pecan coffee and it is great. Should it be stored in the refrigerator or does it not matter?** A: NO, NEVER put coffee in the fridge or freezer. That attracts moisture inside the bag and the coffee will deteriorate faster. I was storing mine in the freezer until I was checking for the longevity of foods in general. This was one of the biggest no-nos. For the best coffee long term is in a dark, cool area like my pantry. I trust the "experts" more than conjecture. **Q: which blend has the most caffeine?** A: Cameron's has 2 caffeine infused blends with twice the caffeine of regular coffee. They are Medium-Dark roast and Light roast "Jump Start Blends".
