Review: Do Not Purchase Textbooks Through This Vendor - I ordered this textbook well in advance of the first day of the Fall semester. Upon placing the order, I received an estimated delivery date between August 13-14, 2012. As of August 20, 2012, I have yet to receive the textbook. After speaking with desertcart regarding the status, I am still at the mercy of Super Book Deals. I finally received a response to my inquiry from Super Book Deals, providing me a different estimated delivery date, which far exceeds the initial delivery timeframe. This is unacceptable, considering I placed the order with the intent to receive the textbook before the start of the Fall semester. As it stands now, I will NOT receive the textbook until after the start of the semester for which is very frustrating, to say the least. This is a lesson learned and I will think twice about ordering books through this third-party vendor, moving forward. desertcart should reconsider allowing this third-party vendor to sell books through its web site, considering there are so many complaints posted online regarding slow delivery and/or no delivery.
