I made a couple of letters with resin and normally they turn out shiny however with this mold it gave a matt effect did anyone else experience this?

How to reduce bubbles: Mix the resin and hardener slowly and deliberately. After you've completed mixing the resin and hardener together, let it sit about 5 minutes.
