It is very hard to be sure if these make a difference.I have bought another lot so may have a better idea then. I have felt a slight improvement but it could be physiological.We will see.

Expensive but the best out there.
Excellent product. If I miss a couple of days I notice a decline in my wellbeing. It particularly helps me with my fatigue and COPD, meaning that I have more energy and can breathe more easily. The black pepper is essential for maximum absorption and the added vitamins prevent the need for further vitamin supplements. Other Turmeric supplements are cheaper but don't compare to this blend.
