What is the measure meets for the openings, please?

3cm and 5cm inside dimensions. outside 4cm and 6cm

I ordered 5" hooks and received 3" hooks.. How are you going to fix it ?

I do not work for Amazon so I cannot take care of your situation myself, however, if you go to the left top of the page where you see the 3 horizontal lines and click on that and scroll down to the bottom where it says customer service then click on that. Then click on the next page where it says returns or refunds. Then click on the item that you are having an issue with and then proceeded from there with the instructions. I have only had one issue out of a lot of orders that I have ordered from Amazon and they were very swift and efficient at resolving the issue. I hope this info helps
