Review: Seems to help the liver while you cut out fried/fatty foods - I am not working with a professional health coach at the moment, but I will say this. My symptoms are high cholesterol, cholesterol/fat in the stool and in-ability to lose weight. A few days ago, I decided to conduct an experiment. I was 192 lbs, I took 3 capsules in the morning, and 3 in the afternoon. I stopped frying my eggs and eating fried foods in general, as I don't seem to digest fats too well. I dropped to 186 lbs within 3 days without any exercise. Blood pressure went down too.

**Q: does it help stomach fat**
A: Integrative Therapeutics does not help stomach fat in my experience.  However, I have used it for many years and found it very effective for gall stones with mild to medium pain.  In fact I have not had any pain in this regard since I started using it around 5 years ago.

A: Natural products can have a distinctive smell that is considered normal. Some ingredients are potent smelling. Aroma variations have no effect on quality or purity.

**Q: Is this the same formula as E.I. Opti Lipotropic?**
A: No, Lipotropic Complex is a unique formula from Integrative originally formulated more then 25 years ago.

**Q: What is the expiration date on the product? I bought at Dr office a yellow accent bottle exp 8/17. Which is newer?**
A: 08 of 2017 is the expiration date. The bottle with the longest expiration date is the newer one.
