Review: Excellent Product. Pure. Healing takes time. Updated 2/28/2019***** - I began taking this adrenal supplement after researching my own symptoms of adrenal dysfunction. Muscle fatigue, inability to run or jog, weight lift or even maintain my daily routine- was a struggle. Though the actual website would like you to purchase 3 bottles at once, I thought I'd just try one and looked the product up on desertcart to see if they carried it AND see if it would make a difference. Well honestly, I didn't notice a difference the first day, or even first week. It was not until after the 3rd week for me that I began to notice a difference. I use it according to the label - twice a day and it has helped. *Interestingly enough, during this time, I had lab work done for various tests including my adrenals (cortisol levels, and TSH). What I thought was perhaps a low vitamin B deficiency ended up being adrenal dysfunction confirmed by abnormal labs. I brought the product Active Adrenal to my health care provider (*a Naturopath) and she was pleasantly pleased with its purity and recommended I continue. I will continue to use this product and follow the protocol she recommended to get back to optimum health and normal adrenal function. My opinion of this product is that it is pure, and does exactly what it was designed to do: help with adrenal fatigue. I am 30 now yet even in high school I remember quiting sports and missing class bc I was always so run down, exhausted and always getting sick so easily . Even with regular physical activity and a healthy lifestyle and doing everything I could possible think of to try to boost my energy naturally and yet still ending up still being reliant on caffeine pills, energy drinks and coffee. I came to the conclusion I was living the healthiest I could and that maybe I just had to accept this was me. I would always be exhausted and not be able to handle as much on my plate as other people. But then in a last ditch effort about 6 months ago decided that I needed to try to research somthing that would help my body help itself bc clearly bc I had been so healthy and trying everything I could think of it had to be somthing by body was lacking bc regardless I felt so poor. I started looking for adrenal support and found active adrenal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noticed a difference within hours after taking the first dose!

I take the reviews under careful scrutiny before I purchase an item, especially if it’s something I will be ingesting. So I am being completely honest when I give this review. I have been experiencing exhaustion, headaches, memory problems, brain fog, problems with articulation, chronic migraines, visual aura, sinus congestion and pain, neck and shoulder pain, complete lack of sex drive and train of thought issues for about the last two years, since 2014 when I had a hysterectomy I’ve battled horrible night sweats and hot flashes with accompanying anxiety. I am 54, and workout 5-7 days a week. I have a family of 7, with 5 of us (including my mother) living under one roof. The kids are old enough where they don’t need me constantly but I also work full time (40+ hours a week and am subject to call in or working longer than 8 hours at just a moments notice any given day), and the kids are capable of cooking and cleaning. I work a regular day hours currently but my hours are very early (0330) and busy running around at work and such daily. I never get to eat regularly, and regularly go all day with little to eat or drink yet I’m 15-20lbs heavier than I’d like to be. I used to drink a lot of alcohol, mostly on a daily basis, but have only had alcohol off and on for the past 6-11 months. It seems it brings in a migraine every time I drink at all, which is why I’ve stopped. I’m 5’5 (up til last year I was 5’6!) and weight 160 lbs. a lot of that weight is muscle as I do lift weights regularly, however, I’ve accumulated a layer of fat around my waist which seems to have a mind of it own! (It’s like an unwelcome guest who likes me very much and refuses to leave.) My job is highly stressful and extremely unforgiving, and I’ve been at it for the past 30 years, so leaving the job is not an option for at least another 5 years. So after a lot of research regarding these symptoms I listed, I came across “Adrenal Fatigue”. I have every symptom listed, and then some! Although I was not diagnosed by a doctor with Adrenal Fatigue, everything fits. I grew tired of going to the doctor over the past few years and they NEVER FOUND ANYTHING WRONG. I really am tired (even more so) of hearing “all your blood work checks out” “everything looks fine”. But yet I can’t keep my eyes open halfway through the day! I get very sleepy immediately after consuming any sugar, whether it’s fruit or actual sugar. I have migraines on a daily basis and sometimes more than one a day! I have visual auras which occur off and on, and don’t always end in migraine. I get them in both eyes (which is rare from what I have read) sometimes one after the other. Aches and pains which I attribute to being old, but then most 54 year olds don’t get the exercise and movement I have everyday, so I feel like I should not be experiencing these aches and pains. Finding Active Adrenal and reading the liquid form is the best delivery method, I bought two bottles. They arrived quickly, wrapped separately in bubble wrap. I did not see anything advising to “shake well before use” but I noticed a thickness of material on the bottom of the bottle so I shook it well every time before use. After shaking the material mixed in very well. Hours after taking the first dose I fell asleep and experienced a “sexual awakening” so to speak. I’ve not had ANY desire for intimacy at all for at least a year. This reaction intrigued me! I have just started my third bottle, and that initial “awakening” hasn’t occurred as intensely but I have definitely noticed improvement. I haven’t had any visual aura migraines but still experience almost daily migraine episodes. My energy level has improved somewhat, but I still fall asleep during inactivity, which used to be completely unheard of two years ago!! My cravings for both sugar and fatty, salty foods has greatly diminished! I find if and when I do eat these foods I become satisfied MUCH quicker and eat less. I still have the brain fog and train of thought issues, I struggle to find “the word” I’m looking for, actually I think they have gotten worse. I have not lost any weight, but I have not gained any either. My neck and shoulder pain are the same and sleep pattern hasn’t changed. The taste is very subtle. I usually add it to my morning coffee. It has a slight cinnamon flavor and whenbput in plain water (8oz) it just barely tints the water a very slight brown, like very weak tea. It tastes good in coffee, tea, water, juice, but I have not tried it in dairy products. I have the 4 star rating because although I had the initial reaction, I have not noticed anything else but I believe given time it will show more results. I think if I continue to take Active Adrenal I will continue to see improvement. I have a doctors visit coming up and I plan on showing this to her!
