Well it gets the job done but peeling the back is a chore. Plus the back is in two pieces so it is twice the chore. Otherwise it is a fine product.

cheaper AND better than the name brand
Well color me surprised. I decided to give PriStar a chance because not only were they cheaper, but they had a digital coupon. I ordered both the 12mm and the 18mm widths at a significant discount. I'm closing my office and cleaning out my home to make room for things so there is a lot of re-organization and labeling going on. I did a a bit of trouble with the OEM labels sticking at times and I've had to carefully clean surfaces and sometimes even reinforce the OEM labels with clear tape. So I removed the Casio brand 9mm labels and inserted the PriStar labels with a bit of trepidation in my KL-100. WOW! These things feed fine, look great stick better than the OEM brand. One warning however, i was puzzled for a while trying to remove the backing. Casio labels, like the ones on our office Brother label-maker peel from the end, PriStar labels backing is split along the center-line. Once you realize this it's actually easier to use. The OEM tapes are 100% plastic while the PriStar labels are metallic backed. I plan to shelve my 9mm OEM labels and orders use the 9mm PriStar labels that I ordered. I give PriStar a firm thumbs up.

Difference from original spooled tape for Casio KL-100 is black-backing (that prints imprint to tape) exits as well.
