can this be used on rough surface?

Yes they work good on my textured walls

Can it bend around corners? one review says it does and another says it doesn't. i'm trimming around rounded corner rv kitchen window.

It is pliable. it could curve around a corner like baseboard, but not really enough bend to follow a window frame.

how do they ship 25 ft?

It comes rolled up. I unrolled it and laid it flat for a couple of days before using it.

Dear r1999. not what i meant...is this rigid plastic or flexible plastic? will it bend around a curve of an rv window to trim around the window.

It is flexible but no, it would need to be cut at corners to lay flat.
