**Q: It is a little darker than I hoped any suggestions to lighten it slightly?**
A: Add a little bit more water when you mix the product, the more water inserted the lighter the color! As you are applying the second coat, once it’s on the surface you can use a spray bottle to lightly mist the wall, re-smooth, and you’ll receive lighter color variations!

**Q: What can I use to seal the cement plaster? (Mainly so when it’s touched there isn’t any dust that falls)**
A: We recommend you use a sealer from Glaze N Seal called Stained Defense. It’s a penetrating sealer, so it will not change the color or add any shine, it will prevent any falling of dust.

**Q: How would an acrylic paint mural do over this?**
A: Just like any other concrete wall will look

**Q: Can this be used on block to create smooth concrete finish?**
A: Hello,
Yes of course!
Clean the block of any dust or loose particles, apply a layer of our Quartz Primer, and then you can apply the Golmex. You might need more than two layers to create a smooth finish if the block is very rough. If it is cinder block or any block with heavy seams, apply a layer of mesh before the application of our Quartz Primer. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
