I read in my Essential Oils book how this product was good for incontinence. All you have to do is rub some of the oil on your abdomen before going to bed -- OMG I was amazed how the product worked RIGHT AWAY! I told my sister about it (she's been having incontinence problems too) and let her try it for herself so she would not think I was just making it up). The next day (after rubbing some on her abdomen that night) she came and told me "You were right, that oil really does work". So for all those people out there who are also having incontinence problems, and want to feel normal again, you must try this oil.
