Would a 13in MacBook Air fit inside this backpack?

I think it would. I would worry more about why you are using a mac instead of a pc.

Do you guys do refund? Am thinking of buying this for school but based on some of the reviews it doesn't look durable and its very concerning.

My daughter bought it for her daughter and she really liked it

Where are the pendants and charms in the bag, I can’t find them?

they come in a separate baggy if i can recall right the baggy should’ve been on top of the bag

Could this hold a large gaming laptop?

It depends on what "large" refers to in size. But i can say that at the very least, most if not all gaming laptops I've seen would easily fit into this backpack. It is surprisingly large, and has draw tight fasteners on the side to tighten the bag down on the contents of the backpack so they are not just jumbling around inside.
