Some mens headband wires come out, is it broken?

Hi~~The toughness of the headband is very good, it is not easy to break, and it can be reused after assembling

Would these fit a child?

They aren’t all the same size although they are of similar size I just measured the first one I found and it was 12.5cm at the widest point which is quite small, assuming your child is at least 4 years old and doesn’t have a smaller than average head size I would say you should be fine.
