HotHands Win
Buying these here is the best value I have found. The length of time these stay warm is perfect, and the sizing on them works for all of us that use these. We use them when we go to Cold weather NFL games and they last through the game most of the time and very functional. I have not used these for pain relief but I can see where the could be very helpful for it.

Awesome product. Works as promised just because with extra sticky adhesive.
A great HotHands product! Sufficient heating ability and sticks well (more on that later). They keep you nice and warm and can go places other HotHands products can't go. They also last a good 8-10 hours. As far as stickiness... They definitely stay put; however, if one isn't careful, the sticky part of the pad can get stuck to itself and it isn't coming back apart.

Great invention
I had to be outside in the freezing cold for long hours and put this on my back (attached to clothing). It was amazing how warm it kept me and was quite soothing for an achy back. I kept it on the entire day and it was hot the whole time. This would be perfect for feet too. They aren't as bulky as the original hot hands, and you barely know it's there except for the amazing heat it gives off.
