is this a toy suitable for a 3 year old? Is it really small?

The box says 4 years and up. The trucks are approximately 8 inches long and have small parts.

What is the actual size of battery, aa, aaa??

Hello Sandra. The truck comes with/includes 3 x AG13 (1.5V) batteries. Thank you.

Hi MB. The Driven trucks are designed in Canada and manufactured in China. Thank you

Why is this toy twice as expensive on Amazon? Much cheaper at Target

It's $5.99 on Amazon... Target doesn't even carry it as direct, only third party, and it's way more expensive. I think you're missing something.
