It's at the most maybe a 5 minute job. **Q: Will this fit 2017 f350 super duty?** A: It fits a 2015 f-150. I don't think the f-350 has the same tailgate unless this is another model **Q: Does it include the release push button?** A: Yes, it is **Q: What are the pop rivets for?** A: It is a complete kit for a new installation. If you’re just replacing the top piece that gets detached as you’re pulling things out of your tailgate.
