What is the expiration date on these boxes? Asking b/c they are not returnable

Mine arrived with 9 months until the now called "best before" date, purchase at the end of July and the date is "best before: APR 2024". But if you'll use it continuously, like one or twice a day it's going to be gone in about 2 weeks or less...

What is the difference between advanced and regular benefiber powder?

The advanced form was too much and too powerful for me to use. I could not use it. I have returnedm to the regular Benefiber powder. Amazon refunded my purchase price of the advanced form.

It states to use 1 stick 2x daily, so this one box will only last a week??

Since there are only 15 sticks, the math adds up. Maybe the sticks are for convenience while traveling. Even with the loose powder, this product is expensive, but I take far less than you (1/2 Tbs once a day).
