Great for spit ups and catching vomit. Center fold is thick and very soft. My son sleeps with it like a security blanket. We use it like a throw on him when he takes his naps and it helps keep him warm if I forget his thicker blankets. It’s large when you get it but will shrink with every wash making it softer and thicker. I use it as a temp diaper after his bath so he can at least air out instead of constantly be in a diaper. You do need to be mindful of the loose thread at the end cuz those don’t shrink - I just trim it as needed. My son would really make a nice Gerber baby with this. It acts as a teething toy. A security blanket, bob/burp cloth, diaper, rag if needed, and at times head shade. Review: thick - I have used these over the years as burp clothes and they are great for use after your baby is done with diapers. They are absorbent, soft, large and great to clean up poo when the baby messes through their diaper on the go. Love that they are white. I just run them through a bleach cycle to brighten them up. The ones that have very frequent washing and drying are slightly smaller than that but not more than an inch difference. The only caveat is that a couple of the wings shrank unevenly so one side might be more spacious than the other if you’re using them as a diaper. I ordered 2 sets so I have 20 clothes - 2 of them turned out like that.
