**Q: Do you put this on your shoe or your foot? I do triathlons, and always get blisters on my heel. Thanks!**
A: On your foot on the blister or on a patch on your foot that looks red and tender as if a blister might be forming.  I feel it works really well.

**Q: What is the smell like?**
A: It doesn't really smell like anything, just a generic lotion smell.

**Q: will it work if I am wearing socks and walking boots...or do the socks rub it off my toes??**
A: I used the stick when not wearing socks. It worked well although you have to use a lot. I tnik that since it is applied directly to the skin it will protect. Again, apply a thick layer.
