I followed a tutorial for the Primrose look, and was able to get all the curls done fairly easily the first time. My hair came out soft and so much better than I expected. I have fine, fragile hair, and it is so nice to have a style that lasted: Even overnight. No hair dryer or hot tools required. It arrived on time, packaged nicely, with a nice instruction book with resources and coupons.
