I ordered a cleaning kit. It arrived incomplete. How do I contact the company?

Steve, We are the seller of this product. I hope Amazon allows this, but here is my email address bob@clockrepairservice.com let me know what was missing and we will send it out next day. Im sorry for the problems. I did look on the listing page and I could not find anywhere it says to "contact Seller" I will keep looking back to this post to make sure it gets to you. Thanks Bob

Works for mechanical and automatic old wristwatches? As an omega?

Yes. Kit has some very small applicators that should suit your needs. I used it for a grandfather clock movement restoration after cleaning it ultrasonic cleaner.

Will this work on pocket watches?

I would not use it on a watch. We have never tested it on watches. It might be fine but again its not been tested
