Does this have a grid for alignment purposes?

No. This is not transfer tape which has grids, it's the actual vinyl. Vinyl has no grid visible for alignment. I suggest getting a transfer tape that has the grid on it for aligning your vinyl projects. Have a beautiful day!

Can this be used to cut letter saying for wood signs?

Yes. As long as it is UV. And not iron on

Never assume anything is nontoxic. Every product has not been rigorously tested and even products deemed safe can still be leaching harmful chemicals.

Does this come in an Ivory color?
