Can this kind of canvas shoes be washed in the washing machine？

Trust me, something would be lost. Hand wash with warm water and liquid detergent. You can use clothes or even dishwash detergent. Clean white rubber with rag or sponge. Stuff cleaned show with old newspaper or unwanted clothing material to retain structure. If you can, set them in direct sunlight for best drying outcome. They will come out like new.

Are the soles of theses shoes non markable? Sailboat appropriate?

The soles are soft rubber. I would say appropriate.

When can I get my canceled money back in my bank

Usually takes like 3 to 5 days, this seem to be the standard time for many companies.
