So what's actually included in this? Is it the full mount pictured that allows you to mount to a baby pin on a light stand?

No, it’s actually part no. HD-T12-1-C from Nanlite. This is the complete wrong picture for this listing.

Find a better solution

On the first use, the rubber on the clamp is breaking and coming off. I could see this happening after a few months of use, but the first day??? Until Nanlite decides to produce a more robust version, save your money, do not buy this light holder and try to find a different solution for mounting your lights.
